The third edition of ‘Pen Mahotsav’ kicked off today at Indian Council for Cultural Relation (ICCR). conceived by the Pen Club and organised by Kishaly Events & Advertisement, the three-day festival is dedicated to fountain pens, though rare and vintage pencils and ballpoint pens will also be on sale.
It brought together fountain pen collectors, sellers, artists and calligraphists on a single platform, inspiring people to take up the hobby of writing and drawing with fountain ink pens
