India’s Biggest Dance Championship – “Born 2 Dance – Dancer’s Paradise” is a Dance Championship with a difference, where people from all over the world will participate inclusive of Kolkata & Howrah. The event was announced and launched today at a Press Meet held at Drunken Teddy, Kolkata. Prepare to witness the ultimate dance spectacle as “Born 2 Dance Dancer’s Paradise” sets the stage ablaze with a thrilling dance competition and a three-day dance carnival from 1st to 3rd September, 2023 at Dhono Dhanno Auditorium, Kolkata. The Grand Finale event will be judged by Terence Lewis along with Saurabh & Vivek.
The Grand Trophy for the Champion of Champions of India’s Biggest Dance Carnival, Camp & Competition ‘Born 2 Dance – Dancer’s Paradise’ was revealed by: Trina Saha, Actress; Neel Bhattacharya, Actor; Momm Ganguly, Classical Dancer & Choreographer; Vivek Chachere, Choreographer; Saurabh Bangani, DID Fame; Vivek Jaiswal, DID Fame; Bhavna Hemani, Social Worker; Anneysha Thakker, Emcee & Sports Presenter and many other eminent personalities.
Speaking to the media, SAURABH & VIVEK, DID Fame said, “Since we have been a part of many reality shows, we understand the difficulty of being a part of the same. So, we decided to launch Born 2 Dance, where people from all over WORLD could participate in a Dance Competition & get a chance to be groomed and trained by us to become capable of being a part of reality shows too. Kolkata has witnessed many Dance competitions but one that brings together people from all states too will happen now. There are many tremendously talented young people in our country just looking for a chance and a platform to show what they can do and we strongly believe that Born 2 Dance will be an inspiration for the next generation of talent. The sole objective of this event is to bring out the talents of deserving dance aspirants by providing them with a platform through a national level competition and hence it will help pull a participation of over 5000 people. Born 2 Dance will not only find the expert dance performers of the future, but give them a real break at the very start of their professional careers, and the opportunity to perform in front of the leading experts in their field by taking Dance to a different level altogether.”
Born 2 Dance is the brain child of SAURABH & VIVEK, Fame – DID Doubles Finalists who themselves had been a part of many reality shows and won many of them too. They have choreographed for celebrities in Reality Shows and Tollywood movies. This event has been conceptualised & managed by Purple Cow Events and being marketed by PowerPlay. They have many winning badges attached to them, viz a viz, Winning the Boogie Woogie Double Dhamaka, Winning Dance Bangla Dance Championship, and were the Choreographer for Big Boss & winning choreographer of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa Bangla. They have been working on conducting regular celebrity dance classes, workshops and dance shows all across India. The auditions will be judged by none other than Saurabh and Vivek who are the Dance India Dance Doubles Finalists.
