JSW Steel, the flagship company of the diversified US$30-billion JSW Group, has unveiled a state-of-the-art, digitally enabled JSW Experience Centre in Kolkata, reinforcing its commitment to innovation, sustainability, and customer engagement. The modern facility has been designed to offer an immersive and interactive experience to OEM customers, MSMEs, infrastructure developers, channel partners, and other stakeholders, enabling them to gain deeper insights into JSW Steel’s extensive product portfolio, technological capabilities, and sustainability initiatives. Equipped with advanced digital tools, interactive displays, videos, and experiential exhibits, the Experience Centre showcases JSW Steel’s wide range of steel solutions while highlighting the critical role of steel in nation-building and modern society. The initiative marks a significant milestone in the company’s efforts to strengthen customer relationships through transparency, education, and innovation.

Key Features of the JSW Experience Centre JSW Legacy Wall: The Legacy Wall chronicles JSW Steel’s journey and evolution over the decades, presenting a holistic view of the company’s growth and emergence as a leading force in the Indian steel industry, while reinforcing trust and confidence among stakeholders. JSW Steel Product Wall: The Product Wall highlights JSW Steel’s diverse range of specialized products—including hot rolled steel, cold rolled steel, coated steel, tinplate, TMT bars, wire rods, and special alloy steel—manufactured using advanced technologies such as COREX, DRI, and CONARC. Interactive LED screens enable customers to explore product applications across industries, facilitating informed decision-making. JSW Digital Portal: The digitally driven portal features interactive kiosks that allow visitors to explore JSW Steel’s product range, access detailed information, and download brochures through QR codes. Designed as an intuitive digital space, the portal enhances visual storytelling and strengthens brand engagement. The new JSW Experience Centre at Joka, developed by S.N.B. Trading Pvt. Ltd., was inaugurated by Mr. Tarun Jha, Head of Marketing, JSW Steel; Mr. M.V. Krishna, Vice President – Channel Marketing, JSW Steel; Mr. D. Gopinath, Regional Manager – East Zone, JSW Steel; and Mr. Shyamal Paul, Director, S.N.B. Trading Pvt. Ltd.
