Premium Healthcare Disposables Pvt Ltd bags national award in the pharma sector and Medical device

Kolkata-based MSME Premium Healthcare Disposables Pvt. Ltd. has won the Runners-up Trophy in the India Medical Device MSME of the Year category of the seventh edition of India Pharma and Indian Medical Device 2022.

The event was organised by the Ministry of Chemical and Fertilizers, Department of Pharmaceuticals and the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI). The awards were handed over by Bhagwanth Khuba, Minister of State, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilisers to the winners of different categories at Dr. Ambedkar International Centre, New Delhi.

India Pharma Awards, and India Medical Device Awards 2022 are awarded to acknowledge the work done by the various pharmaceutical and medical device industry players.

Kolkata-based MSME Premium Healthcare Disposables Pvt Ltd is a well-known company in the medical and disposable sector. Founded in the year 2000, the company manufactures disposables like Eva gloves, 3 ply masks, N95 mask Surgeon’s cap Nurses cap, shoe cover, gowns, drapes and PPE-kits. The company has a manufacturing unit in Asansol, West Bengal.

The Company exported its products during pandemic to Australia, Singapore, China, Bangladesh, Burma and many more countries. The company sells its products nationally through dealer distributor Network and through corporate tie ups with major Hospitals like Apollo, Narayan Hridalaya, Fortis, CMC Vellore, Fernandez & Rainbow along with major Nursing  homes.

Many manufacturers have benefitted from increased consumption of gloves, masks, disinfectants, and chemicals for infection prevention, monitoring devices like blood-monitoring devices, pulse oximeters, ventilators, etc. According to Frost & Sullivan’s analysis, the global medical devices market was estimated to be $413 billion globally in 2019, growing at an annual growth rate of around 5.5 per cent.
