Keeping in mind the prevailing situation due to theCovid-19 pandemic, the Mumbai-headquartered company will also provide digital solutions, allowing the customers to connect with the company through video calls. Further, the company’s WhatsApp service will also allow customers to browse, select and order tiles and marble digitally from the comfort of their homes.
With the overall economy slowly inching towards normalcy, NITCO recently announced its plans to open over dozen stores across several states in the next 3 months. The company has opened around 60 stores in the last few years and operates 120 active franchisee-run stores in the country.
