Nextdoorhub to tap the retail e-commerce segment of rural areas

 Senrysa Technologies, a Kolkata Headquartered technology company today announced their foray into the retail e-commerce segment with the launch of Nextdoorhub. It is a new online-to-offline hyper e-commerce model aimed to tap both urban and the rural markets of India. like any other online shopping website is an e-commerce marketplace where numerous goods are sold under various categories. It provides the customers to choose products ranging from men’s fashion, women’s fashion, electronics, appliances, home and kitchen and also kid’s segment. However to ensure online shopping more accessible for masses, Nextdoorhub eShop focuses on assisted e-commerce and last-mile delivery for Tier-III, IV small towns and rural villages.

Mr. Kumar P. Saha, Managing Director, Senrysa Technologies said, “The internet usage in the country has exceeded half a billion driven by rural internet growth and usage. The number is expected to reach around 630 million by end 2019 and the rural internet user is expected to be around 290 million. But the rural population has been deprived of the growing e-commerce benefits due to non-serviceable of rural pin codes by major players. Nextdoorhub will be primarily focusing on this huge untapped rural market by extending the assisted e-commerce through its brick and Mortar Nextdoorhub eShop to serve the remotest rural population of India.”

Online shoppers in India are expected to reach 120 million populations by 2019. Online retail sales in India are expected to grow by 31 per cent to touch US$ 32.70 billion in 2019.
