ITTE to provide impetus to tide over Covid-19 pandemic impact

The Tourism industry has been one of the largest contributors to India’s GDP in recent years.The Covid-19 pandemic has severely impacted the tourism industry across the globe covering sectors like hospitality, tour operators, travel agents, air, land and sea transportation industry and others. India is no exception, tourism has witnessed a significant decline during 2020.

To provide a large scale platform for marketing of tourism sector, Fairview Media Private Limited is organising an event on Tourism ITTE (India Travel and Tourism Exhibition) at Asansol on 20th & 21st February 2021, 31st July & 1st August at Kharagpur and 4th & 5th December at Guwahati.

He added “The sole goal of ITTE 2021 is to establish Asansol, Kharagpur &  Guwahati as a platform for the outbound domestic market for the people of these cities. The market available at Asansol, Kharagpur  &  Guwahati comprises of the host city along with Durgapur, Raniganj, Burdwan, Barakar & Burnpur similarly  for Guwahati to cover markets of North East. Moreover the neighboring states or Bihar,Jharkhand, Odisha & NE States get an opportunity to participate and are potential market to tap into especially for outbound domestic travel.
