Salt Lake City, Kolkata – Canteen Pub & Grub is launching its much-awaited IPL Themed menu from 31st March 2023. The menu which is sure to tickle the taste buds of foodies and cricket fans alike comprises a variety of sizzlers curated as per the theme of each IPL city along with LIIT Cocktails crafted for each team.
The menu includes sizzlers like Gujarat’s Roasted Ghee Paneer Sizzler, Rajasthan’s fiery Mohan Maas Sizzler, Punjab’s special Dhaba Mutton Sizzler, Delhi’s Egg Tawa Fry Sizzler, Lucknow’s Tunday Kebab Sizzler, Chennai’s Chicken Wings Sizzler, Aamchi Mumbai’s Tawa Fish Sizzler, Kolkata’s Tandoori Rasogolla Sizzler, Hyderabad’s Bawarchi Kukkad Sizzler, and Bangalore’s Schezwan Whole Tilapia Sizzler. The LIIT Cocktails are named after IPL cities, such as Chennai Super Sixer, Mumbai ke Hitman, Kolkata’s Super Punch, Bangalore’s Pinch Hitter, Hyderabad Hit Wicket, Punjab ke King, Gujarat’s Game Changer, Lucknow’s Free Hit, Delhi ki Bouncer and Rajasthan’s All-rounder.
