ICRA Analytics Ltd has been recognized again as the top exporter of IT-enabled services and having the highest percentage of women employees in IT/IT-enabled services for FY21 amongst companies in West Bengal with export turnover less than Rs 1000 million. STPI-Kolkata, Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology felicitated the winners across different categories at an event held on April 8, 2022, in Kolkata.
At the ceremony, ICRA Analytics MD and CEO Sushmita Ghatak along with Madhubani Sengupta (Vice President and Head, Knowledge Services), Raja Sanbui (Assistant Vice President, Knowledge Services), and Sumit Singhania (Senior Manager and Group Lead, Knowledge Services) accepted the awards on behalf of the company.
“This is indeed an achievement for us, and even more so because the team did not let the ball drop despite the pandemic. It was possible because of our determination to take on every challenge and turn them into opportunities, be it executing new and complex work, or improving productivity, and remaining focused on meeting and exceeding customer expectations. We also believe that each time we reach a milestone, the bar moves higher for us,” Ms. Ghatak reflected.
This honour acknowledges not only ICRA Analytics’ contribution towards the financial well-being of the state, but also iterates its commitment to being a workplace that encourages more women to participate in the workforce, creating an encouraging and inclusive environment. The announcement comes close to the organisation being declared a ‘Great Place to Work’ for the third year in a row.
