Lotus Rescue celebrated the world earth day on 22nd April by planting over 300 trees. The children planted small pots of various plants. The children also participated in a small in-house art making event where they made different types of flowers, fruits and vegetables with clay.
“On the occasion of Earth Day, we must pledge to take care of our planet by planting trees, by controlling pollution to protect it from all negativities” : the members expressed.
The children here promises to nurture the trees all throughout the year irrespective of the difficult times that the world is now facing.
“We all need to understand the link of the soil soul and society “: said the children.
