Diwali Mela Organised by Delhi Tourism

Delhi Tourism keeps organising various fairs and festivals from time to time to promote tourism in Delhi. In this series, three days Diwali Mela was organised on behalf of Govt of National Capital Delhi (GNCTD), at Baba Kharak Singh Marg, Connaught Place in New Delhi. The fair cumulated on 24 October 24 was a celebration full of festive lights, cultural performances, delicious food, and shopping galore. There is a buzz of preparations for the Diwali festival all around Delhi. Everywhere there is a plethora of colourful illuminating lights, various types of attractive diyas and many decorative items.
At Diwali Mela one indulged in the true spirit of Diwali with vibrant stalls, live shows, and much more.
This Diwali Mela was filled with a wide variety of Diwali-related items, including colourful lights, decorative fringes, attractive diyas, and numerous other decorative pieces.
As preparations for the Diwali festival are in full swing across Delhi, this Mela features numerous stalls offering handicraft products and all kinds of Diwali merchandise.
The main attractions of the Diwali Mela were various stalls selling handicraft items and food stalls. On opening day, the performance of the Khaab Band enthralled the audience. On the Second day, Sahil Chauhan’s songs were presented and on the last day of the fair, there was a performance by Bollywood Rock Band and had a memorable time.
