They have carved a niche for themselves and in the process created a safe and conducive environment for their staff, especially for their women employees to work in.
Today, they also felicitate Anuja Duttagupta who began her journey with them and continues to be a big part of their team. Anuja’s silver anniversary with Decorage & Associates is a testament of her loyalty to her employers, her faith in the organization and its work ethics and support of its staff.
Anuja was overwhelmed with the love showed upon her by her colleagues and employers and stated: “Anisha and Ritu Ma’am have always stood by me especially when I was unwell and supported me throughout my illness. Everyone at work is like my own family and it is a joy to go to work each day and be with people that care deeply for me.”
Recently, the dynamic duo were chosen to furnish Flipkart’s largest fulfillment center in Haringhata, West Bengal, which is spread across 108 acres and was specifically mentioned by Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee as one of the country’s largest fulfillment centers that would significantly aid in the region’s economic development. Ritu Duggal notes, “We are 2 women entrepreneurs who decided to felicitate our first employee who happens to be a woman and who has completed 25 years with us and continues to work here despite being a cancer survivor. She is our chief designer and has had a hand in designing and being part of all of our the prime projects done by Decorage & Associates. “
