Reinforcing its motto of ‘Business Can Be Simple’, Canon India, one of the leading digital imaging company, announced the launch of its new ‘Business Imaging Solutions’ (BIS) lounge in Kolkata. Inaugurated in association with Canon Authorized Partner M/S Bachawat Mercantiles Pvt Ltd, the lounge is located at 1/1A, Biplabi Anukul Chandra Street, Electronic Centre, 1st Floor, D-11/3, Kolkata and will serve as a one stop destination for all office imaging requirements of organizations – big or small – in the region. This is the third BIS lounge in West Bengal, the other two being in Siliguri and Alipurduar. Additionally, the company also has BIS lounges across other parts of the country –two in Delhi and one each in Chennai, Raipur, Ahmedabad, Bangalore and Nashik. The first BIS Lounge was set up in 2017 in Darya Ganj, New Delhi and the imaging leader is looking at expanding to 15 BIS Lounges this year.
With 32 authorized Sales and Service partners spread across the region, the east market has been registering a double digit growth from the last couple of years. With the launch of the BIS lounge in Kolkata, the company is expecting a double digit growth from the East market this year as well. The company is focused on delivering a complete 360-degree input to output solution portfolio across segments including SMEs, large enterprises and government.
