The program proceeded with a lamp lighting ceremony and an interaction session of Dr. Dinesh Shahra with RJ Roy about holistic living based on Sanatan Values. Dr. Shahra said that “When we adopt a spiritual lifestyle that includes daily rituals, practises and contemplation we assert our abundant spiritual nature to overcome our subconscious survival tendencies to hoard and consume’.
