What sets Auli apart from all of the other brands?
What sets Auli apart from other brands is that we don’t go by the standard process of selling your skin care product. But we try and correct your age old thoughts about skin care, try to understand what is the problem and then give a correct solution so that it’s a long-term solution that sets us apart. And even the quality and the product really sets us apart from what is available in the market.
What is the unique value of the Auli‘s experience?
The unique value is that for the first time, people see the effectiveness on their skin, and they see that, what they’re paying for is actually making some kind of effect on their skin and showing them great results. And that experience, I think, is by far their experience of loyalty, of coming back to a product that you love something which not all all brands provide.
Can you share with us some of the things that you take into consideration when creating new products?
We took into consideration International formulations, age old Indian formulations, and wanted to make something which was right down the middle of the best of both the two worlds. And we wanted to give people the experience, like I said, and I think at a good price with effectiveness and solving a problem. So that is what we took into consideration while making the products.
What has been the most challenging part of being a woman in entrepreneurship?
Being an entrepreneur is, is the challenging part. I supposed men or women. It doesn’t matter. Everyone faces new and bright challenges every day. But then again, I use this quote often which say to myself that I’m not afraid of anything. I’m an entrepreneur, and, you know, you cannot be afraid of anything, because any day anything can happen. And that’s how you establish yourself as an entrepreneur. So these challenges will be coming everyday, woman or man, but he has a woman. There are some times when you don’t take in get taken seriously, but most often than not. If you are smart enough, you can tackle that.
What advice do you have for other women who have dreams of starting their own successful businesses?
I think we should be patient, or every woman should be patient and have a plan, have great accounting and finance, and should also be passionate about what they’re doing. Only these are the I think, the right elements of being successful . Also learn from other entrepreneurs. Take a lot of mentor-ship so that you don’t make the same mistake they have made and learn from their mistakes and take calculated decisions.
What is the philosophy of life that you live by?
I live by my life, my rules and have been the ideal child for a very long time till the time I decided to revolt. And now I feel that, you know, the truth of the path I chose for myself. It might be difficult for the standard path, which are all girls follow. But I enjoy this, and I think I will always be this person who will live by, you know, what I feel is right for me. And only then can I look after everyone around me. So that’s it. That’s what I live by. And that’s what I’m passionate about.
