A new destination to explore Authentic Bengali Cuisine

4th Street Dining Hall, one of Kolkata’s finest restaurants serving authentic Bengali Cuisine opened its second outlet at Salt Lake, Sector 3. The restaurant was inaugurated by Mr Manoj Tiwari, Indian Cricketer & Member of the West Bengal Legislative Assembly, Mr Shaun Kenworthy, Celebrity Chef & Mr Mir, Renowned Actor & RJ, Mrs Bipasha Majumdar & Mrs Reema Basu, Directors, 4th Street Dining Hall.

 

“Opening an outlet of 4th Dining Hall in Salt Lake was in our mind since long as there have been requests galore from the patrons residing in and around Salt Lake to open an outlet here. We have been overwhelmed by the ever-increasing demand for the Bengali cuisine that we serve at 4th Dining Hall and with this new outlet we continue with our promise of providing a wide array of delectable Bengali delicacies with top-notch service thus making it a True Taste of Bengal for our patrons”, said Mrs Bipasha Majumdar, Director, 4th Street Dining Hall.

 

Ever since the maiden outlet was opened at DLF Galleria Hall in Rajarhat, 4th Street Dining Hall has become a name to reckon with for serving the true taste of Bengal. 4th Street Dining Hall was planned and conceptualized, we have travelled extensively across various parts of Bengal to taste and to understand the finer nuances of the Bengali cuisine. This new outlet is a result of our untiring effort in reaching out to more people and creating a landmark destination restaurant at Salt Lake”, said Mrs Reema Basu, Director, 4th Street Dining Hall.

 

The 4th Dining Hall, Salt Lake is a 40 cover Bengali themed restaurant that the partners aimed at creating with a pinch of modern touch with authentic Bengali Food. Chef Mr Bijay Ghosh with over 20 years’ experience is at the helm of affairs and is weaving magic with his culinary skills.

 

The 4th Street Dining Hall at Salt Lake will also offer their signature dishes Dab Bhapa Chingri, Morich Bhuna Chingri, Lal Chittagong Murgi & Royal Nawabi Mangsho among othersSome of the vegetarian delicacies include Mocher Cutlet, Kosha Aloo Dum and Potaler Dolma from a wide variety of other authentic Bengali delicacies.
