A Great new Pujo Menu Launched at Blue Moose

Blue Moose is a newly opened cafe in the heart of Mudiali. They have recently launch their New Pujo Menu in presence of Ushoshi Sengupta- Miss Universe India 2010 and Anupam Chatterjee- Celebrity Stylist, hosted by Mou Roy –proprietor of the cafe.
The ambiance and decoration of the cafe reflected the traditionality of our Durga puja! Ushoshi Sengupta and Anupam Chatterjee loved the aura and were fascinated by the dishes served.
Pujo in Kolkata is synonymous with food; the city offers a variety of choices forthe foodies to indulge. Days and nights of food adda is a mandate. Keeping this diversity in mind, Blue Moose developed their New Pujo Menu.

Pujo Menu:
Garlic Chicken: Tender, juicy chicken bathed in a rich garlic butter sauce, rich and buttery tasting with plenty of garlic to provide that extra punch of flavor.
Gondhoraj Fish Finger: Bhetkifish fillet spiced with Kasundi, dijon mustard, gandharaj lemon zest, pasley, garlic & onion powder
Chicken Lollipop: Chicken marinated with spices & batter fried, simply served with a dip.
Pasta Al Alfredo: Pasta traditionally cooked with HM Alfredo with courgettes marrow, broccoli, mixed bell pepper and seasoned veggies, sprinkled with grana padona, toasted baguettes slice.
Chicken Hakka Noodles: Chicken marinated with house spices tossed with noodles, sauces and veggies.
Grilled Fish with Lemon Butter Sauce: Succulent Basa Fish fillet gently marinated in house spices and olive oil, served in lemon butter sauce and sautéed veggies and pomme puree.
Baked Doi: Combination of yogurt, evaporated and condensed milk, sprinkled with cardamom powder, garnished with chopped pistachios and saffron threads.
Chocolate Phirni:A twist to the classic made from soaked and ground rice cooked in milk and sugar. Spices like cardamom, nutmeg, and saffron are added along with some nuts and dark chocolate
Gulab Jamun Cheese Cake: Cream cheese/hung yoghurt with some cardamom powder, rose water and folded in whipped cream, with a biscuit on the base topped with some gulab jamun.
Blue Lagoon: Squeezed lemon slices, mint leaves, powdered sugar, lemon juice, chilled Curacao syrup and sprite served with ice cubes
